We may however also use Point of Sale applications like Square and Paypal to take a remote payment in which case your personal information will be collected and used for the purpose of the transaction only and will not be stored.
We may store relevant banking information in view of refunds via BACS transfers but this information will not be stored once the transaction has been completed.

When you purchase an product or service from The Welsummer Camping Store by telephone or email, you give us personal data including your name, contact details and any specific requirements you have.
We will use the names addresses and contact details to provide you with the best service we can by preparing your item with you in mind and contacting you should we legitimately need to.
We will use the email address you give us to send you confirmation documentation and to contact you after you have used the services or products to ask you to give feedback about it.
We may share your personal information within our sister business Welsummer Camping to promote related products and services that we consider may be of benefit to you.

We value your custom and we would like to use the lead name on your booking and the email address used to make the booking to contact you from time to time with information about special offers, loyalty discounts, new services and forthcoming events or competitions.
Receiving this information will allow you access to priority booking and to receive special offers for services similar to those you have previously enjoyed.
